A Passionate and energetic SEND specialist who has been a successful headteacher and leader in a range of special schools, Assistant Director for 2 large LA's and the Director of SEND for a Mainstream MAT with primary and secondary schools across the country.
I have a passion for new skills and have completed a qualification in law and in various courses related to therapeutic approaches including a Trauma Informed Practitioner certificate at masters level with IATE.

We can provide support for leaders, teachers and support staff in both mainstream and specialist settings to unblock or unlock barriers to enable pupils and staff teams to be successful, with a focus on wellbeing and empathy for the challenges of the modern teaching world and the practical contexts that young people are faced with.
We can offer support with your inclusion agenda, helping you to identify and deliver the right training to reduce suspensions, increase attendance or improve engagement levels for both pupils and staff. This, for example, could be achieved through mentoring, training, specific audit and review of policies, improvement plans or even in-person modelling of effective classroom practice.
Our experience working with LA's can help you to access funding at safe and fair levels, utilising knowledge of LA legislation and the SEND code, or you may be worried about the increased risk of tribunal actions ? another area we have extensive experience of and an area I am pleased to share we have a 100% success rate with. You may also have some concerns about the increased level of dangerous/ reactive behaviours in your provision, we can help to develop a safe model of managing the risk and reducing the need for physical intervention with access to the The Natural Method approach.

Nourish Ikkyo
Ikkyo or 1st principle provides an on site visit, followed by email and mobile support to discuss potential solutions to SEND and safeguarding issues.
An expert 'on tap' to provide advice, reassurance and practical solutions.
Less than 3 days cost for one year support
Nourish Nikkyo
Nikkyo or 2nd Principle provides 6 on site visits, including a full audit of SEND provision, support in the development and implementation of an action plan.
Follow up on site whole staff or targeted training, a mentoring offer and ongoing support - detailed in the Ikkyo package.
Less than 7 days cost for one year support
Nourish Sankyo
Sankyo or 3rd principle provides 12 on site visits, the support of both Ikkyo and Nikkyo packages with the added support of staff training in The Natural Method (RPI), which includes all aspects of recording, support and refreshers.
Additionally, training and support for any complaints or tribunal actions and in person support with discussions with LA officers regarding the development of provision or funding queries.
This is total security and reassurance for less than 20 days cost for one year
