Please see below some testimonials from a range of partners and clients, who have been kind enough to share their thoughts about some of the impact I have supported alongside them and their teams.
I had the privilege of working with Toni over a two-year period while I was regenerating a fractured team in a Secondary School with a high proportion of Students with SEND.
His approach to inclusion is kind, considered and based on knowledge and unemotional fact. His drive to consider behaviours through a therapeutic lens enabled us to significantly reduce suspensions and foster a sense of belonging for some of our most vulnerable students. Toni's compassion is balanced by his unwavering sense of morality and there is absolutely nobody I would rather have by my side when it is time to go into battle with a broken establishment; his knowledge of SEND law is astounding and he delivers it to ensure the child is always put at the centre.

Toni (Antonio) is a supportive, knowledgeable and practical resource for anyone looking for support in the SEND landscape. He is able to support the development of staff teams, curricular design and safeguarding needs, utilising a child centred approach that leads to focussed, easy to implement action plans that helped us with our most vulnerable pupils and in preparation for Ofsted.
I would highly recommend Toni, his passion for supporting the most vulnerable shines through his practice and this is infectious to those who share time with him.

I have had the privilege of working with Toni and his depth of knowledge in SEND and behaviour is truly exceptional. He brings a wealth of experience and a practical understanding of what works in real school settings. His ability to support and guide school leaders in transforming their provision is second to none. Toni combines a clear grasp of SEND expectations and legislation with an empathetic, pupil-centred approach, ensuring that strategies are both compliant and impactful. His insight into best practices for supporting pupils with diverse needs has been invaluable in creating inclusive environments where every child can thrive. I would highly recommend Toni to any school seeking to strengthen its SEND and behaviour provision.
